We do not offer refunds for products once purchased

We do not offer exchanges unless for the following reason:

The contents do not match the order. In case of an erroneous order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email. We’ll despatch the correct product at our cost. Please do not open the products that need to be replaced. We will not exchange spoiled goods if they have been tampered with in any way. Customers are requested to keep their receipts carefully.
